Monday meant a return to normality 😟…but definitely no complaints after such a great break 🙃😎. I’ll admit my legs are still feeling the effects of yesterday 🥺🏋️‍♂️ so an hour of vinyasa flow hit the mark 🧘‍♀️👌.
