3 sets into my first leg exercise i got the unmistakable feeling of getting sick and came home… i think I’ve been taking my vitamins and pre workout too close together recently. I’ve been able to push through the sick feeling until today. Hopefully that’s all it is and a simple change in routine will get me back to normal.🤷🏻‍♂️
