Morning Fitfam. Wednesday at last ! So the glutes/quads are unhappy this morning along with chest and shoulders... Joy... Never mind just means the training is working lol..... Legs again today was going to do cardio but i have a work conference tomorrow so need to be kinda awake lol. So cardio back to Saturday!! Happy training all Minx 😈🇬🇧🐾🐪
