Wednesday, June 16, 2021. DON’T WISH FOR A GOOD BODY. WORK FOR IT. Hubby & I hit the gym today! Fortunately he had previously used the Lef Extension, Leg Curls and Adductor machines. So it was a “role reversal. He coached me on all 3 today! 🤪 My legs lifted more pounds than usual … 12,800-pounds. Of course some machine work boosts up our total pounds lifted. (Today I backed out the Step-ups and Lunges that we had been doing these past couple of months on the Myostem Study.) Was a flushed & sweaty mess. 🤪
