Intense Push Workout! Modified MadBarz routine “Dip and Push 2.0” Circuit in 4 rounds Totals: 32 Ring Dips (with turnout) 41 Ring Incline Push-Ups 40 Dips 49 Decline Push-Ups 62 Incline Push-Ups 1:32 Push-Up Hold I probably spent a good 2 minutes laughing at myself during the last set of incline push-ups because I just couldn’t get my muscles to even try the first rep 😂 I’m like, “you literally just did this a moment ago.” and my chest said, “yeah, but I’m done now.”

10k steady pace, it was too hot to do 5min or less kilometers, pulled back to have ease with homeostasis. Running East was not pleasant. I have notice the butterflies and how they love to just be around me and get caught in my slipstream😲🤭, I guess I’m Lord of the Butterflies 🤣🤪😅🥵😵‍💫🤗 Have a stress-less day folks✊🏾👍🏾
