I HAVE TO… scratch that … GET TO WORKOUT! 2-Day update: -Monday we traveled home, so made that my Free Day as far as no workout. Did eat on track Monday, a good thing (since I had some off days with ice cream & some candy while we were out of town 1-week). -Today/Tuesday’s workout was a 5-25 LBWO at home. Meals have been 90% on track for whole food, balanced meals so far today.
