TGIF and it was a rough one. Apparently when the freezer partly defrosted, it got stuff on the garage flooring, so had to pull everything out and scrub it clean. That took from 6:30- 8, and so my lifting was shorter than planned. Stuff happens, right? Still making steady progress this month. Make it a good day FitFam.
