Quad and delt day. Hit some front squats. Haven't done them in months. Chose to keep it light for this one. Actually went to the gym for Sunday Funday.

Wk 3 MAPS Aesthetic “focus” day: AthleanX Activation: laying leg raises toe up/down💪 Corrective: Reverse hypers 3x15(15)💪20 ea, hip drops 3x15-20(15)💪 Focus: glutes: 3x15 ea: Hip bridges💪 Sumo squats 💪 Tube walking 💪 Cardio 🚲30 min spin Meal prepped early this am only to have my kids “sample” it for breakfast & lunch 😩I hate meal prep but honestly Im happy theyre eaying healthy so I kept my mouth shut. At least im off on Tues and will be able to make more! Before, after and a quad check. Ive always had big legs..my least fav body part and I dont share often-now you know why! #workinprogress in the interest of full disclosure and “progress”, im posting them.
