I've been antisocial lately while I deal with some challenges. Took two days off from working out & exercised my mind with problem solving instead. I got back on track Sunday. We're working bizarre shifts at the office to reduce the amount of breathing on each other (instead of just teleworking 🤷🏻‍♀️). The work days are a little shorter so I've had more time this week for trail running, hitting the weights, & managing a family crisis. If nothing else goes terribly wrong I might make it through the week without a heart attack. 😄👍🏼 Hope you're all doing well & staying healthy!

Training from home it's a different experience with multiple different exercises to train the body takes discipline and dedication. Since the closing of many gyms, having my own free weights, resistant bands and personal equipment, I have grown learning from different videos on Team Beachbody, helps me to learn to train muscles I haven't trained before. Also builds other skills in fitness to keep the body toned and strong as possible. I have enjoyed learning new exercises from P90X and Body Beast to tone and build muscle and flexibility. While I train a list of my own personal workouts I developed that I created a routine from this site and my personal martial arts training has helped me to educate myself and others about physical fitness. Updating myself to learn new ways or modified training from injuries and self development in physical education.
