Hi guys, did my 4 am chest, back and abs, same as Monday except the Romanian deadlifts changed to 3x6 on 10kg = 9117,6 kg. I have a really busy day ahead, again ty for all the comments and likes, BS don't allow me to always reply so... Have a great day guys! 😀👍
