Went to the DR this morning to get an antibiotic. I woke up feeling like death and i get chronic pneumonia so I don't usually waste time when i start feeling this way. Hope to be back at it tomorrow or Monday!

Good afternoon fitfam!!! I slept in on this blustery winter morning and then hit the gym. Mother nature dumped a few inches of snow, then ice on top of it. The temp dropped 20 degrees while i was in the gym and now the wind is horrible!! Wind chill in the negative numbers! Of well im off to get groceries! Peace
