So, some time last week I aggravated my gluteous minimus. For me its tied to the Illiac Crest. The injury occured years ago from squatting too much weight and doing jump squats. Sometimes the realization i’m overdoing it comes in the form of pain. Oh well, life goes on. Stay fit my friends. 👊🏼😎👍🏼🇺🇸

Helluva cold this week which sorta does not want to get better. Weird thing is I can train quite well, but I feel like crap any other time of the day. Just goes to show what truly makes me who I am. This is what makes me feel good. Even if it is not the best of the best workout, it makes me feel accomplished. Happy Thursday!
