Good morning guys, probably gonna be a little quiet over the next few days until I get settled into my new diet as I was moody as F*** yesterday...Iv had a little lie in this morning until 8am and just got back from a 6mile run 9 minute miles. I’m feeling a little better after that but I still feel I need a little time away from my phone to get my head in the zone.
