Yesterday a younger guy maybe 18-20 obvioulsy had nevee worked out in his life stopped to get mg attention. I had my headphones in and thought be was wanting to junp in on the machine i was on. He kept talking to me which i didnt hear a word so i took mh headphones out. He proceeded tk ask mr questions about how to work out different bodyparts. I gave him the rundown on most of the equipment. Hooefully it helped. I remeber when i was that age 20 years ago. I had a trainer that showed me way more than i thiught i knew.
