I'm no planet Fitness fan but sometimes it's all you can afford. I'm surprised there's not a program that's Planet Fitness doable from bodybuilding.com yet.

Going to switch back to a more full body split program with a high intensity style workout followed up with strength movemment. Then foloow up with accessory work to finish. Ill post the woekouts if you guys would like to try them.

so so far i haven't yet done the real exercising, so what i will do is set a timer and do it exercise by exercise, so i will give myself a time allotted, i will also try to make a video log of each exercise that i do and load it up to bodyspace or something else......
