Leg day. The hack squats were brutal this time... or felt it at least. My rule is you must go all the way down and smash the safety pin at least 3 times in the set.

Well no huge changes in photos since last week besides practicing posing on heel. ( see my gallery) I will be excited when the photos start showing big differences from week 1, but I wouldn't expect to see much on week 2.
