Been a sh!t week for fitness , worked 2 24 shifts and have been on a zombie mode on my time off . I honestly broke down and ate a bunch of nasty garbage food , workouts suffered because of it , and motivation to want to get it ! The problem with indulging is that it premotes gluttonous behavior and sloth follows it , like the goonies ! Saying hey you guyyyyyyyssss wait for meeeeee. Yeah lets just have a little something of this and feel lethargic as f#ck afterwards. That way we can be unproductive for the rest of the 24 hours we're given , instead of being on the hunt and chasing the next goal to smash ! I loathe laziness 🤬 Stayfit FitArmy mi amore to the Iron Brigade 💙

What a day! Tractor work for Benny, then a visit to the hospital to see him (he's doing great!), a fantastic arm day at the gym, an incredible meal and a family wedding! On the arm day ... I did my truncated program and got a pretty good pump ... Check out those horse shoes!🧲 ➡️ Treated myself to Mediterranean ... One of the best meals that I've had in a while! ➡️I did two sets set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ...
