Vids on IG... Box squats with 90 lbs chains...405, 365, 315, 225 lbs for low reps. Box squats...135 lbs for 20, 225 lbs for 6...found that my endurance still isn't there...started with 1 light weight, high rep set of 20 reps and that blew me up for the remainder of the workout. 405 felt much heavier than it should've.
