So today I was having a down day. I gave up coffee for lent and I decided to go for a ride. I then went to Victoria's Secret and picked up another bikini top ( first time buying a bikini since I was like 15 years old, before the top I bought 2 weeks ago...this one is a bit smaller. I used to be embarrassed and ashamed of my body, low self esteem) Anyway, today I felt more confident and brave. I tried it on and it felt and looked great. So. I don't have my bikini on right now but decided to show my ab pic again. I'm a bit bloated since this morning but it was nice to see the verticle mid line this morning. .I was soo excited! 😁 I put 2 pictures on (evening pics), please tell me what you think of my progress.. thank you!

Well its been awhile....too much pain to workout but I’m finally having shoulder surgery at the end of April. 👏👏 It will be a long road to recovery, but at least I WILL eventually be able to get back to it. The whole “give it rest and a cortisone shot” has been detrimental to my physical AND mental health.
