My daily intake of pills/capsules. Starting from top left: l-arginine. Top right: vitamin B complex. Bottom right: cod liver oil. Bottom left: BCAAs. I also add 3g of creatine to my preworkout (which already contains 3g of creatine) and i have 2 mass shakes per day which have 1100 calories per shake. I’ll eat between 4-6 meals per day, depends how i feel, i struggle to keep eating consistently but i still talke on more than enough good calories

Over a couple years, I gained my weight back on junk food and laziness. Covid especially caused some weight gain. Since the 1st of January, I've been on a plan to lose weight, and 3 days ago I started a new exercise regimen to experiment with that I like to call Flex Cardio. The goal is to go for walks and spend 5-10 minutes holding one of my muscles in a flex position. I have been doing it with my abs for the 3 days, and my stomach already looks smaller. I have been dieting too though. I'm looking forward to the results from keeping other muscles flexed for long periods of time. Surely there will be some other type of benefit, than just increasing the intensity of my cardio. I don't have my tablet set up for bodyspace right now, so it will probably be a while before I post a picture, but I am looking forward to using this site again and toward my progress.
