Happy ThankfulThursday!!! The thought for the day is it’s better to get a lot done than it is to TALK about getting stuff done. Getting stuff done is impressive talking isn’t. Less talk and more action is the way to go. Doing Active Recovery Cardio the last four days to let my body recovery a little bit and it’s driving me insane. I think one more day is all I can take.
