If you can not see your abs you have no place using an ab routine!! your just wasting a potential compound workout.... get real!!! ab work is for when your abs are visible and you want to define them more or add mass to them... what do you think your abs are doing when you do heavy compound lifts??? Thats right they are "working"

Went fierce in a fiery, fat torching, fun and energetic plyometrics, core and abs HIIT to shock and challenge fast-twitch muscle fibres; boost power, speed, agility improve endurance, strength and coordination and overall athleticism. Was certainly covered in sweat, cleaned myself up before I took shots. Happy Tuesday, beasts ☺️❤️
