We use our legs to help us run errands, to stoop in the kitchen to find a pan, tp pick up our kids or grandchilden, to hike, jog or bicycle… in so many ways. So keep those legs strong! UPDATE: Pumped out a 5-25 LBWO after we got home from boating on the river. Used the 30-lb DBs on Set 5!

Last time I workout a circuit was almost 20 years ago!!! New routine!!! Shoulders, biceps, back, triceps, abs and chest….. ver humble workout. Finally body shaping into a bikini siloutte …. This girl is happy….. I am back!!!!

Workout done. Weight loss has stalled but i am 2 more notches up in my belt and bodyfat is going down (according to scale at least). About to change up my workouts. Been doing this split for a while and need a change. Maybe it will kickstart things again.

Evening greetings fit fam. Back and biceps today for my Tuesday lunch escape. Row focus. Did: 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of Hammer Strength Iso-leverage rows, 4 sets of bent over barbell rows (underhand grip), 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of Nautilus Nitro pullovers, 4 sets of standing straight bar curls and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench. Strongest lifts today were the high pulley rows to chest with 175 lbs x 10. Have I mentioned lately how much I love those? Low to mid 100's on everything else back. Curls at the end of my session took a bit of a dip. Hope that everyone had a great day. Let the countdown to Friday begin! Have a great night! Bob
