Finally got power after that storm blew trees,fences,and power lines onto the ground /road or onto cars or hit people sadly. Went for a walk a few days later.

Chest and triceps day with a singlet for a switch up. A mix of heavy/light and volume reps with barbell, db and cable moves. It all felt great.

Busy day but which one isnt, all glory to GOD for waking me up for my 4th day of 2 a days with weight training!! I've been on a strict water and big salad cleanse. Dropping weight like a Dboy 💪🏻♠️🙏🏻🤘🏻🙌🏻🤙🏻 That is a grand total of 18.58 miles! Night Squad
