CHANGE IS NOT EASY. GET PAST THE EMOTION OF RESISTANCE & MOVE ONTO THE FUN THST LEADS TO A FEELING OF WELL-BEING & ACCOMPLISHMENT. Sharing a couple of meal pics. All 5-meals were 100% today. Gotta love those no bloat days! Today’s workout was a strong 5-25 HIIT Cardio. Scored 95% peak heart rates (for my age) on Sets 3, 4, and 5! Boom!
