Doctor told me give a test to biceps and squats fir 2weeks. As left biceps is in pain because of tendon. And slight pain in knee, because of lag of vitamin d,d3. Well, today is biceps exercise, i tried hard for not to do but in the end i failed, picked a lighter dumbells and finished biceps sets too.. 🙈🤣🤣🤣💪

Finished my last training session before the show today rest day tomorrow with 2500 cals still quite low, Then it’s carb up on Thursday. Hungry tired and shredded cant wait to peak now and then get rest of life back pn track after the show!

Evening peeps...ended up doing back n delts today oops!! Never mind , was a lovely sesh except for the cardio ! Its on a mezzanine so was very humid lol. I was drenched afterwards. The Arc cross trainer dont take prisoners!! Plus point my legs are looking excellent at last. First of the very low carb days starting tom 100g 🤣😱 ill be going Gremiln i think ? Phoenix 😈🇬🇧🐾
