What I did on Wednesday (sounds like what a grade school teacher would assign a composition topic to a 5th grade class LOL). DB flat bench press. DB incline bench press. Standing cable crossovers. DB flat bench fliyes. Fat bar barbell flat bench presses. Hanging knee raises to failure. Made perfect rice, so far today over 100 grams of protein and over gallon of water consumed, and of course let go too. LOL Day is not over. More protein and more carbs. I know well this is a good life and I am thankful. I am making the most of my 71st year. Amen. Oh, 2 finals, my goals, for chest at least, grow to 115 centimeters. By my 72nd on 9/11/21. Other final, because it is my garage gym, the ego took a seat at the back of the bus, and reduced weight greatly on the cable crossovers and DB presses and did them S L O W L Y and mind concentration. The pecs are howling. I would not dare post on BS the weights to which I handled. But, I don't care, it is my chest anyway, not yours. LOL

Decent morning workout completed. Have a couple of job possibilities out there but it’s conceivable I won’t land one until next year. Bummer!
