Heluur Fit Fam 😊 I am all smiles! Celebrating 2 PB's tonight with a sneaky drink...uhmm only one 😜 I was so determined to hit it today after quite a few failed attempts in the past. I finally landed the 60kg mark for benchpress and 52.5 for incline.I still cannot believe considering the heat creeping in at 42 degrees at my workout time. I was so focussed today not that I am not on other days but it was just pure will and grit. I am trying new things too. RP diet coach and a full body program which is totes different to my advanced level Blueprint To Cut. Cannot get the hang of it though but willing to stay the course.I am a little bit heavier in weight due to hormonal imbalances and eating tons which I am also struggling with on certain days... I actually feel less tired have more energy and just happy to be able to share my thoughts with my fav group Have a wonderful day

So had some fun in da gym. Got that cardio out the way then decided to see if I've kept my strength after 3 months of light weights. Very happy 305kg/672lb for reps on leg press and 90kg/198lb rack pulls, did manage a half pull at 95kg/209lb so nearly at that 100kg/220lb target. I like lifting heavy but with Bodybuilding its lower weights higher reps...so may chuck in the odd session of heavy thing's. Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
