Shoulders today …. Made some good progress today increased my weight in DB shoulder presses Arnold presses and standing Barbell presses. Was able to increase weight in fly’s as well. Had a good session although its getting a little more difficult to get thru these session with my arm constantly nagging me. I hope you all have a great day and put in that extra work today !! 🦍

05/19 - shoulders and traps Here is what todays workout looked like. Prone dual cable pullbacks, front raises and side laterals. Moved over to the angled smith machine for overhead presses. Afterwards it was facepulls, standing cable front raises and cable side laterals. For traps - dumbbell shrugs. Sometimes my workouts don't go in a straight line, but more like a squirrel in busy traffic. Keeping the body slightly off-balance and the workout interesting.
