I need to be 2 steps ahead of where I am at in terms of where I am at. So I need to be more capably into training. With the diet and sleep I apear to have most of it down, but I can see why dieting would be most of the work. The other parts to conditioning like "adequate rest" and actually "training" are the parts people honestly want really bad in their lives at the right dosage if they are into fitness because of the way those peices to being fit reassure the path we are on is the correct one. What's more reasurring than being able to say, "I had 100 excuses and chose the right decision?" I don't know why people feel they need to work constant 12 hour shifts just to survive, I find it very anoying because I have no destination and a move out date scedualed on the 31st. This might be fun, I will live in a cheap motel if I possibly can.

Something I was told a few years back was that the reason for my high bf was because I ate too little. After I started to eat more I dropped bf quickly, but it felt like torture force feeding myself. Now I'm back to my old ways. Any suggestion for high calorie healthy food?
