The one gym I frequent has work out cubicles. So I occupied one and did a Step Aerobics Vid; it's 52 minutes long but I was only doing the first 37 minutes and it's 4:30am. I played it through my earbuds so everything was fine. UNTIL.....a December Newbie (he started his journey in December as a 4:45 gym goer) occupies the cubicle next to me. He was SO FLUSTERED by my ability to do a video and tune his presence out that he couldn't jump rope. So he spends about 4 to 5 minutes trying to concentrate before he leaves. Oops.....Good Morning Fit Fam, Make it a FITMAZING day!
