I’ve been doing LiveFit again, but with a little twist. She has two weeks of a workout then changes it up. I’m carrying out the first two weeks for 4 weeks. Seems like a better plan for me. Next week I’ll be doing something new!!!!

Pull up progression: Inv .rows (35) 90 sec dead hang🥵 Chin-ups using blk band (less resistance then purple-no idea how much!)2,1,2,2,2 slow eccentrics 30 min beginners full body yoga 30 min bike @clenchfitness challenge-RBF on full display! I sure dont look very relaxed doing yoga!!
