Day#34/session#31 Chest/Shoulders/Tricep’s Meal#1 post session didn’t have enough time to eat before my session. Today was a super pump day which I love but it was pretty tough being carb depleted this morning although I did get through it. Hope you all have a great day and smash them goals. 🦍
