Surgery was a success, my 6 weeks of restrictions are over. Today is the day I can start lifting again. Have to go slow and start light but it's a start. I lost a lot of strength over the last 6 months with several more to go but prognosis is great. Caner stinks but God never gives us more than we can handle and I have a great family and support group. Glad to be back.
