Got my Texas frayed map out. My biggest issue will be finding some land near Houston that is on a hill, because with a garage/garage gym/attached living quarter, non negotiable is a site location on a hill, for sled training. I am thinking of a bit north up Texas route 59 or outside Katy heading to San Antonio. My office will be the city but the real epi center for me will be my garage gym/garage and attached living quarters. There is no moss on this old man. Texas, my place.
