Was doing shrugs with the 100s when my grip started to go on my left hand,I quickly grabbed tighter and something in my middle finger gave.The bottom knuckle to the hand is swolen.It is taking it's time to heal !!!!

I work my legs n glutes everyday my arms n my waist n my traps n back i use Ems also i also do tons of cardio cycle speed walk for 3.5 plus miles every day of cardio
