Good afternoon, FitFam!! Great to see ya'll kicking but all over the place!! Keep up the great work!! Hope to get a bicep pick in later!! I know that is all I have been posing but little more is going on!!! Shameful!! Survived Zeta!! A lot of people in Atlanta and Northwest Georgia still without power!! Winds were brutal!! Great workout-people are STILL not coming to the gym,lucky to have five at any given time.No matter-better for me.Did cable crossovers for nearly an hour and got a huge pump-the mirror was my friend ! Finished out the other two hours with the rest of the equipment.I think for many the virus is an easy excuse because they don't want to come,let's see what they do January 1st ! Happy Halloween everyone,for me it's an evening in,watching old monster movies [can't stand the recent slasher films].

I think I may have just given myself a concussiin in the walmart parking lot. Go me! Clumsy AF. I closex the trunk and whacked myself in the head with the corner so hard my teeth slammed together.
