Fantastic workout. Alot of stuff not tracked but it got done. Chest and tri's got a fantastic pump. Warm up was 30 minutes on bike. Finished it with 200 crunches. Until next time, Build on!

2-Day Update SOMEDAY IS NOT A DAY OF THE WEEK. PLAN YOUR WORKOUT & THEN TAKE ACTION. Today was 5-25 Cardio day on our home Stationary Bike. Blew me away reaching 95% of my peak heart rate for my age on Set 2. Then 90% on Set 3, 4, and 5! Scored a 100% on Nutrition choices today. See picture of all 5-meals. Let’s do this Body for Life Friends! Oh… and Yesterday/Wednesday was a Lower Body workout. Meals were track then too.
