Top is May 29, 2020...Bottom is November 8, 2019 (7 days before motorcycle crash)...I was bigger and leaner then but other than the right arm lacking a little size, I'm happier with the front than I am the back...

Left is May 2020...Right is June 2019...I lost a lot of width and thickness, and gained a bunch of fat under my lats at the waist. **** crash messed everything up!!
