3 hrs of shoveling snow yesterday, it was too windy to use the blower. Slept like a rock last night😆 today's wo: 4 rounds each using 3# dbs... Squat + shoulder press combo 45 secs Pushups 45 secs Bent over back row+ tricep kickback 45 secs Squat + bicep curl 45 secs Push up + batman 45 secs Ab roller wheel finish--set each forward, L, R, forward again then reverse stretch. Mega high stress week ahead, better brace myself 😬 Hope you all had a great weekend!!! ❤😃
