Good evening fit fam. Shoulders, traps and abs today for my Monday gym kickoff. Supersets and one 4 station circuit. Two substitutions. Did: 4 sets of standing military barbell press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of bent over lateral raises (top of head resting against an upright bench), 4 sets of DB shrugs (20 rep sets on those), 4 sets of face pulls, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 100 weighted side crunches, 120 lying leg raises and one 50 second low dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 140 lbs X 10 on the behind the neck press and 115 lbs X 10 on the face pulls. Dragon flag hold matches my best. Hope that everyone had a smooth Monday.
