A stunning day in Central California ... Just before a week of intense heat sets in. I did my virtual Mass in the morning, then spent most of the day doing yardwork (Does that count as HIIT?!) ... Then a few moments in the pool and later, dinner with my dad and family. My cacti burst with tons of blooms ... Had to share! Are ye digging my COVID Beard?! It's now eight weeks old! I'm making myself do a minimum of 3X10s of push-ups, bodyweight squats, crunches and leg-lifts ... Every day. Do far, so good! And I did my set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. Tomorrow in the US, we honor our Vets for their devotion and sacrifice. If you're able, go visit a cemetery and honor one ... Any one.🇺🇲♥️ Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 And for Pete's sake ...
