Omg i think my fore arms grew. Im not sure but they might have ill do the same workout for a while just incase they are close. Lol. Going to use more protein powder kind of like counting macros. Not going yo make it down to 200lbs im comfy with my weight snd lifting. Fat turns to muscle! I hope thats true i kniw somethings about lifting but never read that fat turns into muscle. Happy weekend fitfam.

LIVE GENEROUSLY! Hubby helped with making “Meals of Hope” meals this morning. Got this free t-shirt there! It was fun visiting with prople during that 4-hours! Came hme, rested and recentered my energy. Then went into our fitness room and pumped out a leg workout with dumbbells: Step ups, deadlifts, Sumo Squats, Narrow Squats, and Calf Raises. Bonus 2 1/2-hour Plank!

I am not going to lie, I thought long and hard about stopping and doing a different program after the first two days. I realized that if I want to get results that I have yet to get then I have to do things I have not done yet or am not comfortable to get there. That said I am glad this high volume week is done! Ready for 15 rep sets next week, but I know there are two more high volume weeks lurking in the near future too. Oh well. Onward to the next cgallenge.
