Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Strength and isolation. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms), 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of wide grip triceps push-downs and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Happy numbers for today were: 180 lbs x 10 on the Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 140 x 10 on the cable crossovers and 107.5 x 10 on the wide grip triceps push-downs. The most accredited trainer in the gym came over and corrected my form on the triceps rope extensions a bit. Wow, what a difference! Thank you Sedge! Hope that everyone had a great day. Get on your stationary exercise bike and follow along for this fat burning tabata hiit cardio indoor cycling workout! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training using the intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a 4 minute circuit. Do this circuit for 4-5 rounds resting as needed in between rounds for a full fat burning hiit cardio workout. Push yourself, get that heart rate up, and go as fast as you can on the 20 second intensity intervals. Don't stop pedaling on the rest intervals either. Keep it moving Aliens!
