The progress in my back has maybe been my biggest change! I used to have the flattest back, no definition at all. Doing yard/house work on this rest day! Happy saturday and have some fun!

Any one on here doing the carnivore diet? If so what were the results? I have just started and lost 5lb in a week and it wasnt on purpose by calorie cutting it was just not being as hungry

Legs & core this morning. Started with deadlifts. Still going light weight due to the recovering torn hamstring. The doctors said it could be up to a year for full recovery. So I'm focusing on losing fat this summer over gaining strength. My arms are looking skinny while I burn the fat off my stubborn lower half.

Today I did my upper body workout biceps and back forearms traps and core muscles.
