Just so happy right now. Getting lighter and stronger. Its been tough at times eating right and getting the workouts in, but it has been so well worth it. I know I couldn't get here without my families support and my daughter as an accountable workout partner. And my Fit Family, seeing your dedication each day helps on those days when I need that extra motivation to keep working. It really is possible. A long way from 225 lbs But the journey isnt over just yet. 1 more month to see where I can get before the end of the year. 🤘💪
