Motivation.. lets talk about it! Somedays it’s impossible to get motivated to go to the gym. I always found it difficult and told myself, “listen to your body.” Not anymore. It really comes down to discipline. Be discaplined enough to go to the gym, feul your body with the right food, and get one day closer to your goal. I still have goals to reach, I’m not quite there, but I’ve come a long way. The first best time to start was last year, the second best time is now. Keep going!
