Delts ... Just the Delts today!
My shoulders were a little creaky ... I forgot to take Aleve
BUT ... I had a good lift at the gym ... Started with standing behind the head barbell presses ...
Then did a tri-set of seated alternating to Delts machine presses x 15 ... Followed by behind the back lateral raises x 60 ... Then ... Heck ... I don't know what to call these ... You lift a 10 lbs plate, palms down, with one hand then you raise it to eye level, then the second hand grabs the plate from the bottom, turns it to where that hand holds the plate palms down, lowers, then lifts it back up for the original hand to grab the plate from the bottom, turns it to where that hand holds the plate palms down. And that is one rep ... x 15.
I totally killed my Delts!
