Been so busy i keep forgetting to post. :( once i get used to everything, ill be more conistent with the posts. Ive been working out everyday the program is called job 1. Today my son and I did back glutes and core and a 20 min HIIT workout. I hope everyone had a good Monday ! Keep killing it everyone! Good night! Also a Glimpse of what I’ve been working on. Took me a while to figure out how to do it. lol ❤️💪💪😊

I was told by someone today that it is “Blue Monday.” Supposedly, the third Monday in January is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. I was also told that part of the reason is that people have given up on their New Year’s resolutions by now. I don’t know about that; you all seem to be grinding on like normal. I guess if I get depressed, I can always post a picture of my @$$ and tell you that I don’t need you to like it while waiting for you to like it.
