Done with legs and abs this morning. Before today I also completed chest and shoulders yesterday. Getting close to 300 lbs on barbell glute bridge raise. Instead of reach that exact number should go over the number.

Saturday morning check in photo. Flat just after breakfast so loosing the morning lean. But not a bad starting point for a winter bulk. Going to atart today. I have been logging this week all of my food. Turns out ky maintence calories is 3850 calorories a day. Macros are consistent see second photo. So going to bump the carbs up 250 calories a day and see where this takea me! Happy weekend fit family!!!
